Unlock Instructions:
(1)Outdoor unlock
1. Enter the correct user (fingerprint. Password. Card) or the correct remote control key on the outdoor lock body, and the lock will automatically return to unlock.
(2) Outdoor lock
1. When the lock is in the auto-locked state, the door lock is aligned with the keyhole, the latch is automatically closed. 2.When the lock is in the state of manual lock, after the door lock and keyhole alignment, touch any key to start the keyboard, press the “*” key holds out the lock .
(3) Indoor unlock
Rotate the knob, lock back, unlock.
(4) Indoor lock
1. When the lock is in the auto-locked state, the door lock is aligned with the keyhole, the latch is automatically closed.
2. When the lock is in the state of manual lock, the door latch is aligned with the keyhole, rotary knob ,the latch holds out the lock.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
